Sunrise has worked with developer of this project and architects on more than 50 images as part of this development. For every image, the architect and developer trust Sunrise to coordinate all design details in this massive development. We synthesize design documentation for thousands of square feet, covering landscape design, retail interests, and developer vision.

The Refinery

This amazing 3D video was done for the fitness club located in Atlanta.

Professionally designed and meticulously planned, The Refinery features industrial chic design with bright, open training spaces, cutting edge equipment, integrated technology, and luxury fitness club amenities. At approximately 12,000 square feet, The Refinery offers unique training spaces, including an outdoor covered training area and a 40-yard indoor training track.

Delaire Country Club

This beautiful 3d video was done for Delaire Country Club located in gorgeous Delray Beach, FL.

Delaire is a gated community that is made up of 326 private homes on 340 acres, and most homes have a view of either rolling greens or fairways with many having views of lakes and copses of trees which have been preserved from the original Florida woodland. The community is private and secure, surrounded by water and walls, with access that is guarded day and night.
